French President Steps Out with Carla Bruni

the 52 -year-old President was photographed at Disneyland Paris on Saturday with the Italian-born 39-year-old model. Several photographers were on hand and openly snapped the pair, who seemed at ease with the attention.

Bruni, one of the highest paid models of the '90s, has forged herself a second career as a smokey-voiced singer-songwriter in France. She has been linked in the past with Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton, Donald Trump and Kevin Costner.

In an interview on news chain LCI, L'Express Editor in Chief Christian Barbier announced that Bruni, "a personal friend," confirmed her relationship with the Sarkozy. Sarkozy was divorced on Oct. 18, from his second wife, Cecilia, after 23 years of marriage. [people]
